With that, the Hotel Poggio del Sole now boasts a brand new Health and Wellness area. We now cater for the fitness enthusiast, the spiritual soul as well as those in need of some intensive care, thus, the new additions include: 2 Spinning bikes, yoga mats, a jacuzzi, as well as an Infrared Sauna of which we are most proud. Infrared has many benefits and healing properties for the body. The Infrared Sauna uses infrared properties to emit infrared radiant heat which is absorbed directly into the body, unlike traditional saunas which use steam to heat the body indirectly.
